Previous experience working in the outside elements (mainly summer heat) is also suggested.
We are seeking a full-time painter to join our team.
As a Painter, you will work with a team to complete different tasks involving preparation and application of various coatings.

Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our projects.
On a typical jobsite, applicant MUST:
-Maintain a respect for all client property.
All work is completed at client's location.
-Be cooperative and show willingness to be trained on different tasks.
-Hold a basic mathematical understanding and be able to read a tape measure, calculate various angles, and determine square/linear footage.
-Cooperate with other employees at the jobsite to work together towards project completion.
-Be personable with clients and correctly explain the job process and any general questions they will have.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning/powerwashing, scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Use airless paint spraying equipment - Hold a basic understanding of how to use different hand tools and power tools
- Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE while working
- Ensure proper ventilation in work areas
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Clean up work areas after completing projects
Additional aspects to consider:
-We service Hays and surrounding communities up to a 1 hour radius -Company vehicle will be provided on jobs where travel is necessary.
