REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT—Mid-West
Responsible for (Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, Kansas City, and Cincinnati.

Multi-Family and Apartment Vendor experience or floor covering experience REQUIRED.

A Regional Vice President is a valuable member of the corporate team, and is responsible for providing leadership, management, and oversight of the central region to achieve growth goals and support the organizations vision.
What You Will Do (included, but not limited to the following)
Work with internal recruitment to attract top “A player” talent
Hire, train, and develop General Managers to operate each business unit at the highest level
Set specific and strategic goals and action plans for all direct reports and hold accountable for result
Conduct a monthly review of all applicable reports with General Managers and Regional Account Managers
Conduct monthly site visits and business reviews with General Managers to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed
Be the strategic driver of new regional business opportunities
Support national account programs and all national marketing efforts
Lead Redi Carpet’s involvement in regional trade shows and participate in regional and local trade association events and functions
Develop and maintain relationships with key regional customers and regional suppliers
Drive implementation and compliance of all company initiatives
Manage projects as requested by Senior Vice President
Important Goals and Deadlines
Attain budgeted sales quotas and gross profit targets for the region
Submit a complete sales and expense budget for the region
Conduct monthly branch visits and one-on-one meetings with all direct reports
Conduct monthly one-on-one meeting with Operations Coordinator to ensure operations objectives are being attained
Fulfill duties as outlined by the Redi Carpet Safety Program
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years college education
5+ years of people management experience
Multifamily/Apartment Vendor or flooring Experience REQUIRED
Superior leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent analytical and communications skills
Ability to create and implement sales and profit strategies
Ability to set and achieve goals
Outstanding decision-making skills
