We're growing, again! We are growing small business in the portable restroom and septic service industry, and we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Are you someone who loves to talk to people and help them with their needs? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with our customers, coordinating schedules, and working with our team of technicians to ensure that all service calls are handled promptly and efficiently.
You'll have the opportunity to think on your feet and use your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide exceptional service to our customers.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and professional manner.
* Assisting customers with scheduling services, answering questions about our products and services, and resolving any issues they may have.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up with customers as needed.
* Collaborating with our team of technicians to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
* Identifying opportunities to improve our customer service processes and procedures.
* Performing activities to promote our services and generate leads *Requirements:* * At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* A passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
