1985 Toyota Celica GTS Convertible ASC
* One of only 4400 manufactured in 84/85.
* 148,543 miles.

* 22RE 5 speed 4-cylinder, AC, Cruise Control, CD Player.
This is a very rare white vinyl top special order; most came in black cloth.
She is in Excellent Condition.
I am not a car flipper, I purchased her in 2015 for my collection (I have six restored Toyota’s in my collection.
) I am the Third or fourth owner and she has always been garaged and maintained with genuine OEM parts.
The reason she is being sold is that I am in the process of selling my entire collection and will be moving out of state soon to a rural area where I will not have the garage and a storage facility.
I have the vehicle history report from when I purchased and it shows one accident.
She has her original paint on all but the passenger side and it matches perfectly.
I do not believe it was an accident, most likely vandalism, keyed on the one side.
She has always used a little oil (valve guide seals?) so I switched to 20W-50 and that has helped.
She also has a split second of rod knock on cold startup after sitting a long time.
I always intended on fixing these issues but she runs great so I have put them off.
All systems work as they should: transmission shifts smoothly no noises etc.
(new Aisin Clutch Kit with Koyo Bearings).
AC converted to R134A blows cold (compressor rebuilt).
Cruise control (new Actuator).
Body has a few door dings and very light if few scratches remarkable for her age.
Power widows all work fine (all contacts cleaned).
Power mirrors do not work, need to adjust by hand.
All lights, signals and pop-up headlights work great.
Cooling system has no leaks or issues (radiator, belts, hoses and water pump replaced).
Power top operates smoothly (replaced hydraulic fluid).
Tires in good shape plenty of tread.
No known rust on body, undercarriage is clean.
The interior is in spotless condition, no cracks on dashboard.
The vinyl top is in excellent shape especially since it is 40 years old no holes, leaks, or deterioration.
I have all service records since I have purchased her, I also have a clean Washington state title in my name.
I live in WA but stay in a house I own in KS during parts of the year.
She is an absolute blast to drive and a head turner.
I am very sad to see her go and I do want her to go to a good home that will rack up the miles and have a good time with her.
